Glamping tents

One option is to stay in one of our generously proportioned bell tents – light and airy, with excellent headroom, these will easily sleep up to 6 and offer a fuss-free camping holiday experience the kids always seem to love!  Each one comes with a futon or Zed bed (foam double mattresses which can fold up to become soft seating during the day) – extra ones are available upon request.

Camping

If you’d rather stay in your own tent, there are three dedicated camping terraces providing a spacious and flexible area for camping pitches.  With the outdoor kitchen, indoor kitchen and bathrooms conveniently near at hand, each terrace has been planted out with a range of summer fruiting trees – sweet cherries, plums and greengages.  You can help yourself to some fresh fruit straight off the tree in season!

Campervans/Motorhomes

Our wee place isn’t a caravan park – it’s too small for that! – but we wouldn’t like to see anyone stuck for a place to stay for the night, so we can accommodate a limited number of campervans / motorhomes.  During the peak of the summer season, we may have to restrict such bookings to two per night, but we should be able to welcome up to four per night off peak.  Electric hookups and fresh water supply are available and there’s a small, semi-enclosed outdoor area for setting up your own awning, deckchairs etc – a place to relax and let the gentle sound of the river flow by.

Timber cabins

Nestled amid the greenery of a variety of native trees including birch, oak, rowan and wild cherry, there are now four cabins to choose from, each with its own character and providing a touch of comfort for couples, small families, large families and groups.

Comfy and warm whatever the weather, all cabins have soft lighting and are equipped with electrical sockets, while each one also has its own outdoor patio.  Three of the four are fully accessible for wheelchair users.  Guests only need to bring their own sleeping bags and pillows.

The Big Wee Cabin, as the name suggests, is suitable for slightly larger families or small groups.  With sleeping accommodation for up to eight (double bed, 2+1 triple bunk, twin sofabed and single sofabed), this cabin is nevertheless a spacious and airy option, with windows letting the light in along the entire 6m length.

Cosy, charming and with plenty of room inside, the Small Wee Cabin is a welcoming and comfortable option sleeping up to four people, with a double bed and bunks plus soft seating indoors.  Perfectly suited to a couple’s romantic getaway or as a base for small family, the Small Wee Cabin has a side patio with its own picnic table from which guests can enjoy views over the north Antrim countryside.

The Red Barn is inspired by the traditional appearance of the arched roof seen on so many farms in this area, but has been given bright and cheery finish!  Inside, the ceiling adheres to the arched shape of the roof and concealed lighting creates a beautiful sense of space, while the half-door is an ideal spot from which to watch the sun go down.  A spacious option providing a touch of luxury for your glamping holiday, the Barn sleeps up to five people in total, with a double bed and a pair of bunks plus a fold-out Zed bed.  It’s an ideal accommodation option for the whole family, with the beds placed in one half of the 236 square foot area and soft seating provided in the other half for relaxing together after a day’s sightseeing.

The Ranch provides sleeping accommodation for up to six people (double bed, bunks, twin sofabed) and benefits from a generously proportioned, fully-covered outdoor verandah space – the ideal spot to relax in the fresh air no matter the weather!  Ample soft seating is also provided indoors should the temperature drop, making the Ranch an extremely comfortable choice for a family getaway.
